Important Anouncement for our EU Customers Change of Service - commencing
1st October 2024
As many of you are aware when Brexit happened we had the oppertunity to collect taxes at your countries rate and pay into the eu pot via an intermediarry in an EU country. we signed up in Sweeden, however the relationship has now become untenable as the price we have to pay to ther intermediarry has grown month on month to the point where we are now loosing money on such sales, therefore it is with regret that I have to inform you that we have now given notice to our intermediarry that we will leaving the shceme. at the end of the month (September) until we can sign up directly with UK HMRC alongside our VAT account. this means that kike the rest of Europe and ontries like Norway. Switzerland, Austrailia, America, Canada etc. you will no longer pay tax on your purchase at the point of sale with us, you will pay your taxes to your customs office upon arrival or delivery in your country, so it is now your responsibility to be aware of the tax you need to pay u[on arrival, this starts on the 1st October 2024.
If however you dont want to deal with the taxes this way then you can continue purchasing from our EBAY and Etsy shops as they have there own IOSS registrations and will deal with the taxes for you at point of purchase
