DISPATCH
- All orders are made and dispatched within 5 to 10 business days. For orders of 5 or more items please allow an additional few days. this excludes 23rd Dec to 4th Jan each year, due to close-down break for Christmas & New Year
- Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude Weekends, UK Bank Holidays & Christmas
- All items are sent in discreet packaging and packed in water tight condition.
- If you are intending to spend more than the £300.00 listed above please contact us first so we can look at the options and get back to you with a price.
- All orders over £300.00 will only be sent by courier on a tracked service.
- We advise all customers to use a tracked service for your protection, if you choose a non tracked service this is at YOUR risk and Dapa Designs Ltd WILL NOT be responsible for any loss as we will always gain Proof of Postage.
- Due to changes in UK law (customs) full values are automatically added to the customs label in the postage system from the invoice. Please do not ask us to reduce the customs value to avoid paying your countries duty as we are not able to oblige.
- You will be sent an email when your order has been dispatched. If however it has not arrived by the time expected your first points of call would be to checking the tracking information supplied, if you selected a tracked service. You should also check with your postal service, customs and indeed your neighbours. If you have chosen a NON tracked standard service, you will have taken away the option for us to follow your shipment meaning we will have no more chance of tracking it at our end than you do, which is why you accept full responsibility when choosing this service. We do not recommend using a service without tracking and advise all customers to select a tracked service for safety and visibility.
- If items are returned to us, because they have been held at customs waiting duty payments, at a delivery office awaiting collection or indeed delivery to the address supplied was tried, but they were unable to deliver, we will happily re post to you but there will be a second delivery charge. It is your responsibility to be in or collect your item from a delivery point.
- All purchases can be collected from the studio, but please allow at least one full week for it to be ready and email us in advance so we can ensure someone is available to serve you.
RETURNS
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help, please contact us.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it, for an exchange or refund. Please do not return ANY item without contacting us by email first and receiving a response. As you will be given a unique reference code for your return.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels still attached, along with your unique returns reference. Any underwear products will only be exchange or a refund given if the item is unopened and the security seal is still intact (this is for hygiene purposes). This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Your item must have original invoice (sent with your order) or proof of purchase included.
Your item should be well packed and watertight to prevent damage in transit (no open products in Jiffy bags these will not be accepted).
We advise customers to send all items by Signed for (UK) or a Tracked service (outside the UK). This is for your own protection, so you can track your return to us. However this is only advise and is totally at the customers discretion as we accept no responsibility for returned items lost in transit.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will then notify you of the status of your return and as long as it meets the returns criteria, we will action your request.
- For Exchanges - please include full detail of agreed exchange, this will then be made and dispatchedt to you within 3/4 Business Days (postage cost is met by the buyer).
- For Refunds - we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card or your original payment method ie Paypal, for your item only. All postage is non-refundable unless we agree the item is faulty. You will receive your credit within a few days, dependant on your card issuers handling times, which we have no control over.
CANCELLATIONS
From time to time we all change our mind, so we have a 24-hour cooling off/cancellation period. Should you wish to cancel an item after payment has been made, please contact us HERE. Once we confirm your cancellation, we will initiate a refund (if you have made payment) to your credit/debit card or your original payment method, for your item. You will receive your credit within a few days dependent on your card issuers handling times, which we have no control over. If no payment has been made we will initiate the cancellation immediately.
